Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; ability to develop positive working relationships with all restaurant personnel; exceptional customer service skills; adaptability in a fast-paced environment; previous restaurant management experience; Chipotle Apprentice experience; knowledge of OSHA, EEOC, and health department matters; A.A. or B.A./B.S in a related field; proficiency in PC and Microsoft Office Suite
