Requirements: A minimum of 3 years of management and supervisory experience; possession of a high school diploma preferred; a valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and a reliable vehicle; proficiency in English language for effective communication with guests and staff; strong computer skills; ability to work long hours and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment; superior problem-solving and decision-making abilities; salesmanship and knowledge of the local competitive landscape
