Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Management or a related field; minimum 5 years of In Seat Dining theater or restaurant operations management experience in high-volume operation; minimum 3 years of F&B management experience in a high-volume management role ideally with full-service bar and kitchen; proven track record of operational excellence; ServSafe, Food handling, and Alcohol certification required; availability to work during holidays, nights, and weekends with increased hours during peak times; standing, walking, lifting, twisting, bending, and traversing stairs frequently
