Position: General Manager
About: This job posting is for a position in a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee. The franchisee owns a license to use McDonald’s logos and food products. However, this franchisee is a separate company and employer from McDonald’s USA.
Requirements: General Manager responsible for running a profitable restaurant, ensuring it meets McDonald’s customer standards. Leads Department Managers, sets goals, provides coaching, and hires/develops Managers. Previous GM experience in high volume locations preferred, quick service restaurant background desired.
