As a part of the Corporate Field Operations team, you will play a crucial role in achieving sales and profit goals while providing exceptional service to our Guests and Teams. The General Manager position focuses on managing the restaurant to ensure it remains the top choice for both Guests and Employees.
Requirements: High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) preferred; Food Safety Certification preferred; Over 2 years of restaurant management experience, particularly in Quick Service Restaurants (QSR); Basic math skills; Microsoft Office and general systems experience; Strong verbal and written communication skills; Ability to work flexible schedules and extended hours; High energy to thrive in a fast-paced environment; Commitment to core values of integrity, service, excellence, and courage to be bold & grow
