Requirements: At least 5 years progressive experience in a hotel or related field; or a 4-year college degree and at least 2 years of related experience; ability to lift up to 20 pounds occasionally and up to 10 pounds frequently or constantly; warm and friendly demeanor; effective verbal and written communication skills; strong ability to multitask, prioritize, problem-solve, and handle confidential information; commitment to high standards of personal appearance and grooming; adherence to company standards and regulations for safe and efficient operations
