Position: General Manager
About: Freddy’s is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to oversee the overall efficiency and technical operations of the store, ensuring standard quality, timeliness, and service. The General Manager will be responsible for staff training, building guest relationships, handling guest issues, and fostering a culture of hospitality and teamwork. Coordination of staff scheduling and product ordering will also be a key responsibility in alignment with sales volume.
Requirements: Leadership & Communication: Ensures adherence to Company Standard Operation Procedures; teaches and upholds Freddy’s standards; fosters open communication and positive relationships; prioritizes Customer Satisfaction; leads by example. Financial Performance: Analyzes daily labor to meet targets; enforces quality control standards and portion guidelines; monitors sales trends; maximizes productivity. Health & Safety: Ensures full compliance with health department regulations; addresses violations promptly; conducts inspections. Other Responsibilities: Addresses guest needs and resolves complaints; approves schedules and forecasts; coordinates opening/closing activities; completes operational checklists; ensures cash handling procedures; resolves conflicts and improves team performance; proficient in Microsoft Office tools. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and walk for extended hours; perform bending, lifting, and carrying tasks; access all areas of the restaurant; move or handle items weighing up to 75lbs; work varied hours as needed for store oversight.
