Position: General Manager
About: The General Manager role at Hilton Midtown oversees Resort Operations for The Hilton Club and The Residences by Hilton Club, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, maintaining quality and service standards, and achieving financial goals. The role offers a competitive salary range of $135,000.00 – $155,000.00 annually, with eligibility for bonuses and LTI programs. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree; 5+ years experience in a prior General Manager role; Hotel Experience; 3+ years of extensive industry knowledge; Demonstrated leadership skills including integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality; Ability to provide vision and leadership in uncertain times; Ability to support team members, corporate leaders, owners, and guests; 5+ years of management experience in a Union Environment; 5+ years of related experience in a similar role; CHA License
