Position: General Manager
About: This position is for a General Manager at a broadcasting company in ALBUQUERQUE, NM. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field; 5+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, with a proven track record in broadcast advertising sales or a related media industry; Strong understanding of advertising sales strategies and market trends; Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills; Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders; Strong negotiation and presentation skills; Proven ability to analyze data and adjust strategies to maximize sales performance; A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
