Requirements: High school diploma required; Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality management, or similar field preferred; Minimum 2 years’ experience as a manager or supervisor in a restaurant or retail customer service business; Valid driver’s license and ability to provide proof of car insurance; Basic computer knowledge; Experience with OSHA, EEOC, and other federal and state laws; ServSafe Certification; Personal passion for health and fitness a plus
