Position: General Manager
About: A hotel management company is seeking a Director of Operations to oversee all operational activities and departments in the hotel to maximize revenue and ensure exceptional customer service for guests.
Requirements: Hotel Management, General Business, or Marketing degree preferred; Two to three years management experience preferred; Ability to maintain confidentiality, work effectively with all levels of associates, communicate professionally, prioritize tasks, and manage a diverse workforce; Good computer skills, including knowledge of hotel operations and P&L statements; Strong understanding of revenue generation and compliance with federal, state, and local laws; CPR/First Aid Certification or ability to obtain certification required
