Requirements: Minimum 3 years’ experience in management and supervisory roles required; high school diploma preferred; valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation required; proficiency in English language; strong computer skills; ability to work long hours and manage stressful situations effectively; salesmanship and knowledge of local market landscape essential
