Position: General Manager

As a member of the Corporate Field Operations team, you will play a crucial role in executing the restaurant plan, achieving sales and profit goals, and providing exceptional Guest and Team service. The General Manager oversees the overall restaurant operations to ensure that we remain the 1st Choice for our Guests and Employees.
Requirements: High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) preferred; Food Safety Certified; Over 2 years of restaurant management experience, preferably in Quick Service Restaurants (QSR); Basic math skills; Microsoft Office and general systems experience; Strong verbal and written communication skills; Ability to work a flexible schedule and extended hours; High energy to thrive in a fast-paced environment; Commitment to core values of integrity, service, excellence, and courage to be bold and grow.
