Requirements: 4-year college degree preferred; 3 or more years’ experience as a restaurant manager in a casual/fine dining environment; Must be able to pass the TSA federal background check to work in the airport; Prior knowledge and experience in purchasing and production; Must have extensive knowledge of fine wine and craft specialty drinks
