Position: General Manager
About: Supervisor: Regional Director of Operations. Responsible for achieving hotel profitability through revenue generation, cost control, guest satisfaction, and employee development. Leading and managing all aspects of the hotel to contribute to its success, including sales, marketing, community relations, staffing, cost controls, and brand standards.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum 40 hours per week availability for exempt employees; ability to maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and handle guest complaints effectively; knowledge of financial management and inventory control; understanding of safety protocols and maintenance practices
