Position: General Manager
About: El Super Pan is a hospitality establishment founded by Chef Hector Santiago, focusing on providing a warm and welcoming experience to guests inspired by South American hospitality. They are seeking a General Manager to lead their team and ensure a positive guest experience.
Requirements: Organized and self-motivated; Possess a positive, outgoing and friendly personality; Natural leadership skills to motivate and develop staff; Legal ability to work in the US; High school graduate; Minimum 5 years of general management experience; Excellent English language skills; Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; Knowledge of proper food and spirits service; Knowledge of financial and cost controls, payroll, inventory, and purchasing procedures; Knowledge of P&L management and controls; Ability to maintain a positive attitude; Ability to work a flexible workweek including nights, weekends, and holidays; Fluency in Spanish (Desirable); College degree, preferably in restaurant management (Desirable); Experience with on and off-premise special-event planning and execution (Desirable)
