Position: General Manager
About: The General Manager at Sonesta is responsible for leading the hotel operations and ensuring guest satisfaction through effective management practices. Working closely with various teams within Sonesta, the GM drives revenue, controls costs, and upholds service quality standards to achieve the hotel’s mission and success.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Administration, Business Administration, or related field preferred; Three years of experience as a General Manager, Operations Manager, and/or Director of Sales in extended stay hotels preferred; Fluent in English, other languages beneficial; Strong communication and mathematical skills; Problem-solving, organizational, and training abilities; Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Opera systems preferred; Ability to travel, stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work flexible hours including weekends and holidays; Valid driver’s license required
