Position: General Manager 2 – Environmental Services / Custodial
About: Sodexo, a leading provider of food service, catering, facilities management, and integrated solutions worldwide, is seeking an Environmental Services Director for Aria Health in Langhorne, PA. The role involves managing a custodial team of 30 employees and a managed volume of $1.3M at the Jefferson Bucks campus, a 96-bed acute care hospital within the Thomas Jefferson University Hospital enterprise.
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required; 3 years minimum management experience; 3 years minimum functional experience in Environmental Services/housekeeping; strong leadership and employee engagement acumen; results-driven with a focus on client and patient satisfaction; experience in driving customer service and guest satisfaction results; safety-driven and committed to compliance with standards; 5+ years previous custodial/housekeeping management experience in a hospital or senior living environment
