Position: General Manager
About: The Mayfair House Hotel & Garden is seeking a General Manager to guide our lush, two Michelin Key award-winning hotel to the next level. As the property leader, the General Manager creates and guides a highly engaged, service-minded team generating connected, elevated experiences for our guests. Partnering with their team, they drive top performance and deliver stellar financial results to our owners.
Requirements: Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a General Manager in a full-service hotel; Self-starting personality with an even disposition and an entrepreneurial spirit; Critical thinker with extensive knowledge of hotel operations; Leadership skills to motivate and develop a team and ensure goals are accomplished; Immersion in resort divisions like Food & Beverage, Front Desk, and Rooms
