Position: General Manager
About: As a General Manager at a Coffee Shop company, you will lead the development of Store Managers, focus on creating exceptional customer experiences, drive growth across multiple store locations, and actively contribute to the local communities. Requirements: 5+ years of retail experience managing 2 or more stores, departments, or units with expertise in P&L, inventory, operations, and customer service; 5+ years of management experience overseeing a team of 6 or more individuals, providing training, coaching, and demonstrating strong leadership and communication skills; 3+ years of customer service-oriented experience; familiarity with multi-unit environments and knowledge of retail or restaurant industry operations and financial reporting; solid organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities; legal documentation for employment eligibility; ability to work full-time, including flexible hours such as early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
