About: Krispy Kreme is seeking a dedicated General Manager to oversee the entire shop operations, including sales, production, human resources, and development of team members. The General Manager plays a crucial role in maintaining a high standard of service and efficiency while ensuring the quality of delicious doughnuts and production processes.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; at least 21 years old; demonstrated leadership with excellent organizational and communication skills; charismatic, enthusiastic, and customer-oriented; familiarity with computer office technology, sales, management, production, and customer service; adaptable, creative, and flexible to work weekends
