Requirements: A minimum of 5 years of management experience in the hospitality or sports industry; exceptional leadership, team management, organizational, and problem-solving skills; strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service abilities; financial management expertise; passion for providing genuine hospitality and creating memorable experiences; flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
