Position: General Manager
About: As a SONIC Drive-In General Manager, you will be overseeing and managing the daily operations of the Drive-In to ensure quality food and an enjoyable experience for guests. Responsibilities include hiring, training, managing Great People, managing profit and loss, resolving employee concerns, coaching team, maintaining standards, and growing sales.
Requirements: Prior management experience in restaurant or retail industry preferred; high standards for self and the team; positive attitude; resiliency and eagerness to learn and grow; ability to prioritize tasks; excellent leadership and communication skills; Associates degree in Business or related field preferred; willingness to work irregular hours
