Position: General Manager
About: A lifestyle boutique hotel in New York, NY is seeking a General Manager to oversee all aspects of operations, provide leadership to the management team, and ensure compliance with regulations and brand standards. The GM will lead key initiatives, maintain financial performance, and foster positive relationships with stakeholders, guests, and vendors. Responsibilities include overseeing F&B operations, training staff, and upholding health, safety, and security standards for a high-quality guest experience.
Requirements: Minimum 3+ years experience as an AGM or GM in a lifestyle hotel setting; ability to lead a team in delivering exceptional guest service; track record in budget management, P&L analysis, and cost controls; strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills; availability to work weekends; experience with Union operations
