Position: General Manager
About: The General Manager will oversee all aspects of operations at a coffee shop, including managing staff, inventory, health and safety compliance, customer service, leadership, and budgets. They will be responsible for maintaining high standards and leading a team to success.
Requirements: Proven experience in a managerial role within the food and beverage industry, preferably in a coffee shop setting; Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team; Exceptional organizational and time management abilities; Financial acumen with the ability to analyze and interpret financial statements; Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance; Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required; Passion for coffee and a commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience
