Position: General Manager
About: Carl’s Jr. is seeking a dedicated and skilled General Manager to oversee the daily operations of a restaurant in alignment with the brand’s vision and values. Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred; minimum of two years’ experience in restaurant operations; proficient in Microsoft Office applications; ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends; effective communication and customer-focused mindset; talent development and execution excellence; accountable for team performance improvement
