Position: General Manager
About: An established food service company is seeking a dedicated and experienced General Manager to oversee the planning, organizing, and leadership essential for achieving sales objectives, cost management, employee retention, customer service, food quality, and client satisfaction.
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in areas such as food and nutrition, food service management, or related field; 5-8 years of experience in the Food Service industry, with 2-3 years as a Food Service Director in the K-12 market; strong knowledge of food trends, quality, production, sanitation, and cost controls; previous P&L accountability; exceptional leadership, communication, and financial skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and POS systems; ServSafe® certification; background check and valid driver’s license required.
