Position: General Manager
About: Miam Cafe Express is seeking a dedicated Manager to oversee all aspects of the restaurant’s daily operations, ensuring guest and staff satisfaction on a daily basis and fostering a culture of performance accountability and recognition.
Requirements: 2+ years supervisory or management experience, preferably in a restaurant or retail environment; Serve Safe Food and ServeSafe Alcohol Certifications a plus; ability to train, guide, and lead staff; ability to work independently with discretion and flexibility in hours; excellent writing, verbal, math, and interpersonal skills; strong organization, time management skills, and a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
