Requirements: Minimum 8 years of professional hospitality experience; Food and Safety training (OSHA preferred); Excellent management, delegation, and presentation skills; Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities; Problem-solving and creative solution generation skills; General business acumen; Expertise in Restaurant computer systems (e.g., MICROS, Squirrel, Aloha); Proven track record in identifying problem areas, developing solutions, and achieving results.
