Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of general manager experience in a fast-paced, high-volume QSR concept or quick casual environment; Hamburger University diploma is required for any former or relocating McDonald’s general managers; Experience in driving sales and guest counts, profit and loss, and increasing guest satisfaction; Ability to teach and train side-by-side with your team to develop your staff – not only are you effective at delegating responsibilities, but you also roll up your sleeves and lead by example to get the job done; Open availability and flexible scheduling around the needs of the restaurant, including availability on weekdays, nights, and weekends; Demonstrate excellent time management skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment; P.O.S. and Microsoft Office computer skills including Word and Excel; Valid driver’s license.
