Position: General Manager
About: MV Transportation is seeking a General Manager to provide support, leadership, and direction to the assigned operating location to ensure the delivery of annual business plans. The General Manager will control the daily operation of the transportation contract in compliance with agency policies and company procedures.
Requirements: Management experience required; ten years of management experience preferred in a fixed route/paratransit environment; knowledge of Trapeze/other scheduling and dispatch software; expertise in labor/union negotiations/expenses, dispatch, scheduling, driver recruitment, safety DOT and FTA compliance; proficiency in MS Office, strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills; completion of a relevant four-year college degree desirable
Benefits: Starting pay range: $170,000-$193,000 per year, Equal Employment Opportunity policy adhered to; no discrimination based on various factors; pre-employment drug test and background check may be required
