Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; previous restaurant experience; business knowledge including P&L management, food safety, and sales forecasting; ability to oversee food preparation and maintain a clean, organized restaurant; creative approach to marketing and community engagement; passion for leadership and team development; ability to deliver exceptional guest experience; flexibility to assist where needed; excellent communication skills in the primary language(s) of the work location
