Position: General Manager
About: We are looking to add a motivated, effective General Manager to our Constellation Culinary team in New York, NY. As a GM, you will have the opportunity to lead a talented team of food service workers and manage all aspects of a food service department to ensure client and customer satisfaction. This is a premier corporate dining account and is a Monday – Friday operation. This is a high touch client and previous corporate dining experience is preferred.
Requirements: At least two years of experience coordinating food service operations; Previous experience with industrial cooking; Excellent communication skills and experience communicating with both hourly staff and company executives; The ability to manage in a diverse environment with a strong focus on client and customer services and satisfaction; Experience with and knowledge of all Microsoft Office suite applications
