Position: General Manager
About: Starbird is a Bay Area born company and the nation’s first super-premium fast food concept. They challenge industry conventions by serving feel-good crispy chicken using fresh, scratch-made ingredients. With a focus on accessibility, Starbird offers an omni-channel technology experience for seamless online and in-store ordering. Their hospitality mission aims to create a positive, memorable experience for every guest. Growing rapidly from their original Sunnyvale location to several Bay Area locations, including Levi’s Stadium and the San Francisco International Airport, with plans for expansion in both the Bay Area and Southern California.
Requirements: Ability to work fast, multitask, stay organized, and always focus on the guest; self-motivated with effective leadership skills; energetic, outgoing, and hospitable personality; punctual with a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence; good verbal and written communication, strong listening, and interpersonal skills; love of great food and the challenges of the restaurant industry; ability to effectively train, mentor, and manage hourly team members; openness to being coached/mentored; ability to identify business priorities and set goals
