Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; Grocery store management experience preferred, preferably in a cooperative setting; Demonstrated ability to motivate and develop a cohesive management team; Experience in interpreting and analyzing financial statements; Knowledge of natural food and health product markets; Ability to create and implement strategic changes for development and growth in a competitive market
