Position: General Manager
About: InTown Suites is currently seeking a General Manager at one of our hotel properties who will ensure a high level of quality and guest satisfaction. The General Manager is responsible for the daily operations of the property, financial performance, physical condition, and work atmosphere. Requirements: Minimum 3 years’ experience in management and supervisory role required; Preferably high school diploma or equivalent; Possess a valid driver’s license and auto insurance; Proficiency in English language; Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills; Ability to work flexible hours and manage multiple tasks effectively; Knowledge of front office and computer operations; Ability to handle stressful situations and solve problems effectively; Salesmanship skills and understanding of competitive landscape
