Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s Degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred); 2-4 years of experience as a Hotel General Manager or in a senior leadership role within the hospitality industry; Proven track record of successfully managing all aspects of hotel operations; Brand Experience (Preferred); Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Exemplary leadership, communication, and team management abilities
