Position: General Manager
About: Mo’ Bettahs is a vibrant restaurant seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead the team and ensure excellent customer service. The restaurant focuses on delivering quality food and maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere for both customers and staff.
Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age; High school diploma or GED; Two or more years managing up to 40 team members in business or food management; Proven track record of successfully promoting team members; Experience in identifying and developing talent within a team; Ability to make difficult personnel decisions; Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Teams, Word, etc)
