Position: General Manager
About: Financial and operational accountability for entire restaurant operation. Overseeing hourly payroll, a/p, risk management, marketing, and financial management of the entire restaurant. Upholding Service and Product standards; monitoring compliance in all areas of the restaurant. Developing and training management staff; overseeing training and development of hourly Team Members. Facilitating Local Store Marketing. Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Requirements: High school diploma/GED or 2+ years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Able to read and interpret financial and written information. Able to speak and understand English both written and verbally. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure. Able to solve practical problems and interpret a variety of instructions and data.
