Position: General Manager

About: A restaurant is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including customer service, financials, food and beverage quality, and safety practices. The role involves planning, organizing, training, and leadership to achieve sales, cost, and profitability targets while ensuring employee retention and guest satisfaction. The manager will also be responsible for maintaining compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements: Two to three years of restaurant management experience or one year as a Benihana manager with positive results; High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred; Proficiency in food planning, purchasing, sanitation, security, personnel management, and recordkeeping; Knowledge of computers (MS Word, Excel); Valid driver’s license where applicable; Eligibility to work in the United States; Agreement to background check; ServSafe certified alcohol service preferred
