Position: General Manager
About: The Restaurant General Manager is responsible for the overall efficiency and technical operations of the store and ensures quality, timeliness, and service standards are met. This position focuses on controlling labor and food costs, building guest relationships, handling guest issues, and fostering a culture of hospitality and team building.
Requirements: Leadership & Communication: Ensures adherence to Company Standard Operation Procedures; teaches and upholds quality, timeliness, and service standards; fosters open communication and positive relationships; prioritizes Customer Satisfaction; exemplifies hospitality. Financial Performance: Conducts labor analysis; enforces quality control and portion guidelines; monitors sales trends and cost controls while maintaining productivity. Health & Safety: Ensures restaurant compliance with health regulations; addresses violations promptly; conducts inspections and addresses issues. Other Responsibilities: Meets guest needs and resolves complaints; approves schedules and forecasts; coordinates opening/closing activities safely; completes operational checklists; ensures cash handling and administrative procedures are followed; resolves team performance issues; proficient in Microsoft Office. Physical Requirements: Must stand and walk for extended periods; perform bending, lifting, and reaching tasks; freely access all restaurant areas; handle items up to 75lbs; work varied hours/days to oversee store operations.
