About: Check N’ Play is an immersive family destination that blends interactive child development with an upscale cafe and event space, located at Brea Mall, CA. Designed for kids aged 6 and under, it provides an engaging, enriching play experience while offering caregivers a welcoming cafe environment with high-quality coffee, snacks, and events.
Requirements: 5+ years of experience in hospitality, retail, family entertainment, or venue management; proven leadership experience with a track record of building and managing successful teams; strong financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets, analyze P&L statements, and drive revenue growth; experience with vendor management, inventory control, and cost optimization; passion for guest experience, community engagement, and operational excellence; ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
