Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Management or related field; Minimum 5 years of In Seat Dining theater or restaurant operations management experience in high volume operation; Minimum 3 years of F&B management experience in a high-volume management role ideally with full service bar and kitchen; Proven track record of operational excellence; ServSafe, Food handling, Alcohol certification required; Availability to work during holidays, nights, and weekends with increased hours during peak times; Standing, walking, lifting, twisting, bending and traversing stairs on a frequent basis
