Position: General Manager
About: Extended Stay America (ESA) Dayton North is seeking a polished and well-spoken General Manager who will oversee all operations for the property, ensuring financial optimization, high-quality service levels, and compliance with regulations and brand standards. The General Manager will lead key operational initiatives and serve as a communication hub with guests, staff, and stakeholders.
Requirements: At least 6 years progressive experience in a hotel or related field; proficient in Windows operating systems, Company-approved spreadsheets, and word processing; valid driver’s license; clear communication and problem-solving skills; ability to work well in high-pressure situations; effective at handling workplace problems; proficient in financial data analysis; skilled in training and development programs
