About: A private fitness, wellness, and racquet sports club located in Weston, Florida is seeking an exceptional General Manager to steward its operations. This role reports directly to the Vice President of Operations and involves overseeing a sophisticated, multi-revenue stream business with a discerning clientele and a high-performing team.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Sports Management, or a related field; minimum 5 years of executive-level general management experience in a high-end, multi-revenue business; demonstrated success in recruiting, developing, and retaining top-tier talent; exceptional financial literacy; skilled in driving organizational results through sales strategy, operational precision, and brand consistency; confident, composed, and visionary leader; polished communicator with exceptional interpersonal instincts; hands-on, committed, and detail-oriented
