Position: General Manager
About: Omni Tucson National Resort and Spa and Country Club is seeking a General Manager to oversee all aspects of the resort and club operations, focusing on enhancing guest and member experiences, ensuring financial performance, and leveraging sales channels effectively.
Requirements: 5 years minimum experience as a General Manager or Resort Manager in an upscale environment; a proven history of providing best-in-class customer service and enhancing the guest/member experience; previous experience in a resort environment with seasonal business fluctuations preferable; exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and lead a high-performing team; strategic thinker with the ability to navigate challenges and capitalize on opportunities; 10+ years of P&L responsibilities
