Requirements: High school minimum; University Degree Preferred; 2-4 years of operational management experience in the Quick Service Restaurant industry or retail environment including Profit & Loss responsibility; Basic business math and accounting skills; Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills; Good oral/written communication skills; Strong analytical/decision-making skills; Basic personal computer literacy; Passion for excellence in food quality and service standards; Dynamic, energetic, and positive leader; Demonstrated track record of workplace achievement in selection, coaching, and development of managerial employees; Proven ability to drive customer satisfaction, financial performance, and employee satisfaction
