Position: General Manager
About: Sunrise, a leader in the senior living industry, is seeking a dedicated General Manager II to oversee the day-to-day operations of the community with a focus on high-performance sales and customer service.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare administration, hospitality, or related field preferred; Administrator’s License/certification may be required; 2-4 years of operations management experience; successful work history in senior living, hospitality, or related fields; proficiency in facilities management and systems maintenance; strong communication and organizational skills; ability to handle multiple priorities effectively; valid driver’s license required; ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
