Requirements: Minimum eight years senior hotel leadership experience required; minimum three to five years previous General Manager experience in a similar hotel environment required; Bachelor’s degree preferred; proven leadership skills; ability to resolve conflicts with guests, supervisors, and employees; effective collaboration with hotel employees and managers; ability to create a diverse and supportive work environment; strong time management skills; ability to model Choice’s Cultural Values: Welcome and Respect Everyone, Be Bold, Be Quick, Listen, Be Curious, and Show Integrity
