Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business, construction management, or related experience; minimum of 2 years of experience in project coordination or related role within the construction industry; proven experience managing contracts, reviewing payroll, and handling insurance certificates; excellent knowledge of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles; familiarity with quality and health and safety standards; good knowledge of MS Office and construction/project management software; outstanding communication and negotiation skills; excellent organizational and time-management skills
